                                    CHEF LINTON HOPKINS
is a James Beard Award winning chef with deep Atlanta roots. A graduate of Emory University and the Culinary Institute of America, Hopkins opened Restaurant Eugene with his wife, Gina, in 2004. The Hopkins’ went on to open Holeman and Finch Public House in 2008, followed by H&F Bottle Shop. The popularity of the cheeseburger at Holeman and Finch prompted the opening of three H&F Burger outposts in Turner Field, home of the Atlanta Braves and in September 2015 the first standalone H&F Burger opened adjacent to their newest project, Hop’s Chicken, at Ponce City Market. Chef Hopkins is a member of Delta’s culinary team and the duo has partnered with the Atlanta Botanical Garden to open the Café at Linton’s with plans for a newly built restaurant, Linton’s in the Garden, in 2016.

                                    CHEF SHANE DEVEREUX
moved to Atlanta to open Peasant Bistro. And after embedding himself in the local culinary scene, Devereux joined the team behind Top Flr, merging hip music and creative cuisine. As a sounding board for their future ventures, the crew launched Dinner Party Atlanta, creating unique restaurant experiences throughout the city (think pop-up dinners in an airplane hanger or cemetery), and later opened Sound Table, their world centric tapas restaurant.  With the companies success and growing need for more, Devereux and partners opened, The Lawrence, to much acclaim.  But it’s at Devereux’s newest venture, The Lawrence, where the chef’s talents really shine, in a menu inspired by the ethnic ingredients of his childhood, the French techniques of his training, and his own personal (and dare we say, addictive) spark. And it's that spark that landed him among the class of StarChefs.com's 2012 Atlanta Rising Stars.
